VOX Social Solutions team decided to promote a HUGE giveaway a customer could not resist.

"Win FREE Dinner for a Year!" Sounds crazy right? The catch is whoever won the giveaway did win FREE Dinner for a year but only can claim it once a month for 12 months.

All the customer had to do is comment on the ad/post their favorite Mexican food. Each customer who entered to win received a $5 OFF coupon just for entering. Once the customer comments their favorite food the robot we built automatically sends them a direct message to the Facebook messenger app (collecting their information). The customer then subscribes to the giveaway and receives their $5 OFF coupon for entering. They are also told if they tagged a friend, liked the page and shared the post they will get 3 more entries for the giveaway!

If the customer uses the $5 OFF coupon before the giveaway ends get 10 more entries! This is a way to get them into the restaurant as soon as possible. IT WORKED. Roughly 306 new customers came into the restaurants to claim their coupon and their 10 extra entries. Remember, this is a restaurant and it's very rare someone comes ALONE. Customers bring at LEAST one other person with them to dine. So now DOUBLE that 306 new customers (low end) to 612. The average plate is $22. 612 customers x $22= $13,464 LOWEST average in sales.
